SERVICES:
SEIM Analytics offers specialized academic research and lectures, political analysis, election observation, democracy support, military/ethnic conflict analysis, and strategic political and business advise about Southeast and Eastern Europe and some regions in Asia for companies, individuals, and national and international organizations.
SEIM Analytics is Balkan-networked, and possesses broad expertise and PhD-level education from renown European universities. See expertise section!
Based on decades of in-field working experiences, academic research, and political and election monitoring of Southeast and Eastern Europe, the goal of SEIM Analytics is to offer clients high-quality assessments, strategic insights, applied know-how, tailored analytical advice, and spot-on political forecasting. That can enable clients to make informed decisions and better navigate the political landscapes and investment opportunities in these sometimes volatile regions and emerging markets.
The products offered are based upon the services asked for by clients: Products can vary from high-quality independent analyses, to taking the role as a cultural liaison and facilitator for clients and partners in these regions. Analytical products can be both shorter policy notes or more substantial reports, as well as newspaper analyses or commentary. Clients can request lectures, briefings, mentoring/coaching, monitoring services, and research. These may be offered as single sessions or delivered on a recurring basis under framework agreements.
Typically, clients ordering such advisory support services would be governmental institutions, foreign ministries, international organisations, research consortiums, media, NGOs, investors, recruiting agencies, but also individuals. Ask for a consultation!
SEIM Analytics also covers elections of Central Asia and South Asia, and monitors geopolitics of the Indo-Pacific.
SEIM Analytics is monitoring active military conflict contexts like Ukraine, the Middle East, and Myanmar, providing trend analysis (e.g., armed conflict escalation, regime stability) and scenario modeling (e.g., war outcomes, policy impacts). It is involved in groundbreaking academic research on past conflicts (PhD on the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 1990s) and on post-conflict contexts like the Western Balkans, Moldova, Southern Caucasus, and Sri Lanka.
SEIM Analytics also joins research networks and the project team of clients. Through exciting work experiences in multicultural settings for international organizations, Seim has gathered rich perspectives from collaboration with others to foster common goals.
